first astonishing fact: Germany it lasts one week less.
When using tables to calculate the date of delivery, are 1 week apart between France and Germany. Since I am in Germany I always heard that babies were born one week after term. So I am inclined to say France 1-0 Germany! :)
second peculiarity: there are no such In Germany the first week of pregnancy begins before there was fertilization. It corresponds to what is called the weeks of gestation. Once again, I would point to France because it's weird to count pregnant before even having the slightest caress.

Ah and then the question that everyone asks me: the baby is going to be German?
NO! In Germany it is not the right soil, as in France, Canada, but the birthright. That means that the baby must be German at least one parent or the baby is German while resident for at least 8 years (In my memory). As it is not our case, it will be a 100% French baby who will also have the right to spend his mornings at the consulate for his papers. (I think he'll blame us for that ...)
One thing is for sure is that it is not temperature ... but prices for transportation.
