Rates are for the entire rental lodging 'The Elephant', and the maximum number people (12). Linens / towels, cleaning, are not included. With advance notice we can take care of the cleaning end of this great holiday cottage for 130 euros. If you are only 7 or less, contact us for a small drop in weekly rates. An initial deposit of 30% is payable on booking and the balance of your stay on arrival. The deposit must be paid upon arrival, after the inventory. It is repayable under the terms of the lease (which you receive your reservation) within 7 days after the end of the stay.
In high and very high season rentals are for periods of one or several weeks beginning on Saturday. The cottages are available from the 15h day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure day. Outside this period, weekend rentals of a week or less are possible.
