ENTRY - risotto prepared by Philip with Noilly Prat, lemon and Parmesan on top with fresh Parmesan and roasted pepper pink Panchetti
FLAT
- almost veal (it was tender wishes to thank you Rachel ... that's my block!) green beans, pumpkin with ginger and shitake mushrooms with rice vinegar ... Oops, I almost forgot some tabs on top and a granny-style SOUPLET "granite" green apple wasabi and lime ... full of colors and flavors while!
was a beautiful evening, the fire crackled in the fireplace, guests were extras and I exploded in the kitchen! what does it again!
