Amuse Bouche - Melon SOUPLET the Poor in pink Herb Garden, Panchetti grilled goat cheese and slices of melon "on top" ... very cute as preparation!

ENTRY
Premiering: salmon rolls ... super nice and good ... to redo! Important
although marinate the salmon!

- raw salmon and marinated (juice marjoram, lemon peel) zucchini rolls ... (Slices of raw zucchini and just marinated in white balsamic vinegar and some salt)
- spaghetti squash
ice - zucchini and mint madness ... it's fresh but not super nice ... I do not know if I would do!

FLAT

chutney plum garden was just drop !!!!!!!! veal mixture and plums ... super!

- almost veal
- plum chutney, just orange zest, ginger and coriander stalks Japanese fino, fino!
- Tartar of veal with oil from the Baux de Provence
- organic beans ... Corinne home ... Crisp, green and while tastes!

DESSERT

- strained cream to white chocolate
- dark chocolate ganache
- white peaches from the garden ... of course !!!!!!!!!!
