



I loved it!
For starters, I had prepared a salad with pumpkin seeds, arugula, figs and a half-cooked tuna to taste elsewhere.
In a back plate of cod, a mussel juice Noilly Prat, confit tomatoes, beans and some molds "on top" ... all served in a hot plate! hummmmmmmmmmm
And for dessert, a pineapple and saffron marriage ... full of freshness!
Sniff ... is the "last time" ... figs, tomatoes, plums, prunes ... will have to spend more revenue fall!
