



was a gift for my birthday .... Philippe I had never slept in a cozy nest also, so romantic, so perfect! 2 days
superb and it was not due to time ... greyness, rain and cold. The
cadoles Colombier are Iguerande, 12 minutes from Roanne we could definitely not miss the starry table (*** ... yes, yes!) Of Troisgros.
I loved ... not too many frills, fine plates but simple, kitchen living, inventive, seasonal and mostly full of freshness ... voila for Menu:
- The taste of the artichoke with smoked sardines
- Swimming at Manoa crayfish
- Moulds and mushrooms, veiled milk (then ... there was just nothing to say!!
!!!!!) - Mezzaluna in mushroom pumpkin picking (I love raw mushrooms!)
- Blue lobster butter intimidated
- For Philip hazelnut marbled deer, desert rose and me: monkfish barberry and raw hazelnuts
- The tradition of farmhouse cheese (ah lil Charolais goat ... just thinking about it I still in your mouth!)
- Dessert Chocolate and plum, coffee ice
- Tart basil and strawberries (basil crazy ... I love!)
- Rhubarb and raspberry tarragon (nice mix) 10/10
